Hotel Wi-Fi that reaches the pool deck, the casita, and the palapa.
Maple Connection plans, installs, and then watches the Wi-Fi at boutique hotels and vacation rentals across Guanacaste. Coverage is planned for the building you actually have: concrete, tile, metal roofs, and salt air.
Three reasons hotel Wi-Fi breaks on this coast.
A dead zone at the pool deck or the casita doesn't get a call to the front desk. It gets a one-star review.
Home gear in a commercial building
A consumer router is built for a living room. A property needs a gateway sized to the building, not a consumer box trying to cover 1,400 m².
Concrete, metal roofs, and distance
Concrete walls, metal roofs, and buildings spread across the lot beat consumer routers every time. Coverage has to be planned for the real footprint, not living-room defaults.
Everyone on one network
Guests, staff, cameras, and the front-desk laptop share one password. A guest streaming on the lounger slows the booking system, and can reach it.
Five steps. The last one never ends.
The install is the short part. Watching it afterward is the job.

01
Walk the site
We walk the property and note where guests and staff actually use Wi-Fi: the rooms, the pool deck, the casita, the palapa, the back of house.
-
02
Plan real coverage
Coverage is planned for the actual building footprint. Cat6 to every drop, fiber where the run is over 90 m.
-
03
Install for the coast
Stainless mounts and sealed enclosures against salt air. The core equipment gets battery backup, so a power cut does not take the link down with it.
-
04
Separate the networks
Guests, staff, and devices each get their own network. Guest sign-on runs through a captive portal, so nobody comes to the desk asking for the password. Bandwidth is shaped so guest streaming never slows the booking system.

05
Watch it
We monitor the network remotely, so issues surface to us before they surface to owners or guests. When hands are needed, a local Guanacaste crew goes on site.
Wi-Fi is only as good as the line behind it.
Perfect coverage means nothing when the internet line drops.
Two providers where the location supports it, with automatic failover when the primary line gets cut. We plan Starlink as the backup link where fiber or Liberty reaches the property, and as the primary where fiber doesn't reach.
Three properties running on it.
A rental villa and a café in Playas del Coco, and a residential estate in Huacas. Each case study shows what was there before and what runs now.
Playa del Coco Villa
Playas del CocoGuest Wi-Fi and cameras rebuilt to the standard the Canadian practice runs. First Costa Rica deployment.
Playa del Coco Café
Playas del CocoCommercial-grade network keeping POS and customer Wi-Fi steady through tourist-season peaks.
Huacas Residence
HuacasFull-property network, surveillance, and managed connectivity for a multi-building residential estate.
What owners ask first.
What happens after I get in touch?
You answer a few questions about the property. We reply within one business day. The work itself starts with a walk of the site, and the monthly figure comes with the plan.
We already have Wi-Fi equipment. Do you start over?
The first step is to walk the property and map what is there: network, Wi-Fi, cameras, POS, access, sensors. We identify what is fragile and what is going to fail next, and plan from that.
Where do you work?
Permanent operations in Guanacaste. Reach extends into the Arenal foothills, northern Puntarenas, and the southern Nicoya peninsula as far as Sámara and Nosara, roughly within two hours of Liberia.
What it costs.
Prices start from the plans below; the exact monthly figure comes with the plan after the site walk.
